Designed for Maximum Performance

The PVT module with the AIKO Neostar 2P 54 (475 W) PV panel was developed to achieve maximum hybrid efficiency, combining an advanced photovoltaic module with Calores’ high-performance thermal component.

With an area of 1.992 m² (1757 × 1134 × 30 mm), the module enables maximum installed power per roof area, including under partial shading conditions.

Higher Electrical Output with ABC Technology

The use of N-Type ABC (All Back Contact) cells eliminates front-side conductive paths, increasing the active light-absorbing surface. This results in:

  • electrical efficiency of up to ~23.8%,
  • a very low temperature coefficient of power (-0.26%/°C),
  • higher energy yield at elevated operating temperatures,
  • improved resistance to microcracks and shading.

The module performs equally well on south- and north-facing roofs, enabling efficient use of available roof space.

By combining an advanced PV section with a high-efficiency heat exchanger:

  • electrical output (PV): up to 475 Wp,
  • thermal output: up to 1200 W,
  • total PVT system efficiency: over 86%,
    clearly surpassing standard PVT solutions currently available on the market.

The thermal section retains the proven Calores PVT ML 450–1200 design, ensuring stable and efficient heat production.
